As a Compliance Officer, you will work across all of Nordnet´s business areas (insurance/banking/securities/mutual funds) with a particular focus on insurance-related matters and the sales organization. Due to our Nordic footprint we also include a Nordic perspective on everything we do. English is our main language in internal communication such as reporting, presentations etc.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting in the development of guidelines, policies, and instructions.
• Continuously monitoring regulatory compliance within the business and conducting control activities.
• Providing advice and support to the business within the compliance area.
• Monitoring new and changing regulations.
• Participating in the development of new products and services.
• Education sessions.
• Actively contributing to the further development of the compliance team’s ways of working.
