Interested in being our new Compliance Officer?
We are looking for a dedicated Compliance Officer to join our team and ensure that our business practices adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
You will be part of our IT Operations department and will be working closely with our team of engineers to ensure that Nobly adheres to the current and future legislative requirements surrounding our platform and daily operations. You will report to Nobly’s COO.
Job summary
The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that we at Nobly adheres to legal standards and in-house policies. You will enforce regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as provide guidance on compliance matters. This role specifically includes responsibilities related to the Network and Information Systems (NIS2) Directive, the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA), and overall information security compliance.

Key responsibilities includes:

  • Regulatory Compliance: Monitor and ensure compliance with NIS2, DORA, and other relevant regulatory frameworks.
  • Policy Development: Develop and implement company policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develop/implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues.
  • Training and Education: Conduct regular training sessions for employees on compliance-related topics, particularly focusing on information security and resilience requirements under NIS2 and DORA.
  • Audit and Reporting: Coordinate internal and external audits to ensure adherence to compliance standards; prepare detailed reports on findings and recommend corrective actions.
  • Incident Management: Investigate compliance issues, respond to regulatory inquiries, and manage incident responses effectively.
  • Information Security: Collaborate with the IT department to ensure that information security measures are robust and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison with regulatory bodies and provide updates on compliance matters to senior management.

Your profile
You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. You can work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential, alongside proficiency in utilizing compliance management software and tools. You are a great communicator and you master the Danish and English language fluently both verbally and in writing.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in handling compliance within the context of information security and digital operational resilience.
  • Knowledge of GDPR and other data protection regulations
  • You have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a compliance role
