• Provide compliance reports and advice for high-level management across the Building, Engineering & Maintenance (BEMS) group and the Capital Assets and Infrastructure portfolio.
• Develop reports in regard to BAU, contract and compliance activities as required by Health Service executive.
• Maintain compliance documentation in S4HANA.
• Compile the draft AAMP utilising past performance and capital planning data. Update the draft Annual Maintenance Management Plan for each facility including condition audits and maintenance schedules. Undertake benchmarking and performance reviews in AAMP planning.
  Remuneration value up to $114 177 p.a., comprising salary between $90 832 - $100 071 p.a., employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (AO4). Applications will remain current for 12 months. Please note: only applications from candidates will be accepted (applications that may result in an agency fee will not be considered).
