Salary: $88,216 - $101,448 per annum + 11.5% superannuation

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Building & Development Compliance Officer to join our Health, Building and Regulatory Services department. The primary purpose of this position is to effectively implement Council’s building and development compliance and other regulatory functions, and services.
Responsibilities:
- Effectively and efficiently implement Council’s building and development compliance and other regulatory functions and services.
- Investigate, assess, and resolve customer action requests, enquiries, complaints, applications in a timely, customer focused and professional manner.
- Issue notices, orders, directions, and penalty infringements and undertake enforcement responsibilities under relevant legislation
