Description:
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Finance or any related field
- Proven experience in an accounting role, with exposure to general accounting, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and BIR-related transactions.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and bir regulations in the Philippines.
- Proficiency in google sheets and ms excel.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, with a keen attention to details.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities, with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the registration process for new branches or business entities with relevant government agencies and external Taxes teams.
- Ensure compliance with all government regulations and requirements, including securing necessary permits, licenses, and certifications.
- Liaise with government agencies, such as the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and local government units, to facilitate branch registration and obtain required documents.
- Keep abreast of changes in government regulations, laws, and compliance requirements and ensure the organization’s ongoing compliance.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system for all government compliance documents, permits, and licenses.
- Collaborate with internal departments, such as Operations, to gather necessary information and documentation for government compliance and registration purposes.
- Monitor and track the expiration dates of permits and licenses and initiate renewal processes in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with external consultants or legal advisors, as needed, to ensure accurate and efficient government compliance and registration processes.
- Provide support during government audits or inspections, including gathering requested documentation and addressing inquiries.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure the security of sensitive information related to government compliance and registration matters.
