We are seeking a Compliance Optimisation Lead to join our Compliance function. In this pivotal role, you will drive cross-functional change initiatives, enhancing our workflows, processes, and tools to deliver a more efficient compliance environment. - Have excellent project management skills with a track record of working on cross-functional projects
- Have experience of delivery within the betting and gaming industry or another heavily regulated sector
- Have demonstrable leadership skills and ability to communicate complex requirements to technical delivery teams
- Display commercial awareness and problem-solving skills with an analytical mind and able to take the initiative
Responsibilities:
- Developing and improving the compliance processes
- Collaboration with a wide range of functions within the evoke business to support the delivery change that impacts the control framework
- Leverage data to assess the impact of change both to inform decisions and evaluate impact
- Develop and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in the compliance function, keeping abreast of best practices and innovations in compliance and risk management
- Provide regular updates for senior stakeholders across the business
- Proactive management of programme and project management level risks, issues and dependencies
- Stay current on regulatory changes, industry trends, competitor activities and market conditions - using this information to make informed decisions
- Ensure change is documented appropriately within the compliance function
