KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Relevant diploma or tertiary qualification (minimum Cert IV Training & Assessment)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in compliance within the RTO/CRICOS sector.
  • Strong knowledge of RTO standards, ESOS Act, and National Code.
  • Proven experience with internal audits and regulatory submissions.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Demonstrated time management and organisational skills.
  • Tech savvy – Comfortable with MS Office Suite. We will provide training on our student management system.

Responsibilities:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking an experienced compliance person to oversee and ensure compliance with RTO and CRICOS standards.
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to take on the position of Compliance.
You will be responsible for the following:

KEY TASKS

  • Ensure compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2015/2025, ESOS Act, and National Code.
  • Review and implement quality assurance policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and documentation for audits, reviews, and senior management
  • Conduct industry consultations to update training materials and ensure alignment with workforce demands.
  • Facilitate validation activities to ensure training and assessment materials meet regulatory and industry standards.
  • Conduct internal audits and prepare for external regulatory audits.
  • A thorough understanding of VET - including RTO policies and compliance requirements.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance requirements.
  • Regularly review course content, delivery, and assessment to maintain quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the VET manager to continuously improve processes and student outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team and deal with confidential information.

- 3 DAYS PER WEEK IN THE OFFICE (PERMANENT - PART TIME ROLE)
