What will you be doing:
- Develop and maintain analytic dashboards for ongoing analysis of gaps and opportunities
- Contribute to policy enforcement by reviewing and managing compliance policies’ queries
- Oversee various compliance platforms and their trackers
- Participate in Vendor Due Diligence procedures
- Handle Data Retention Policy requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Contribute to the achievement of BRIGHT Targets with the Global Compliance Team
- Support daily operations of Legal Europe
- Participate in projects within Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs
- Support Contract Management across Europe
- Oversee the screening process for individuals receiving tickets from the company, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
- Assist in the development of compliance training (design etc.)
- Leverage technology to streamline and enhance all processes of the Compliance team
- Use robotization and macros to minimize manual work
- Support Legal Compliance in digitalizing and structuring knowledge retention and shared processes
- Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events
- Interface with other teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities
What you’ll bring:
- Fluency in English (C1 Level)
- Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or Law or relevant experience
- Experience in PowerBI is a must have
- Advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel experience
- Experience working in a Shared Service Centre environment is an advantage
- Advanced SAP skills is an advantage
- Experience with or interest in robotization or automation is an advantage
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
