What will you be doing:

  • Develop and maintain analytic dashboards for ongoing analysis of gaps and opportunities
  • Contribute to policy enforcement by reviewing and managing compliance policies’ queries
  • Oversee various compliance platforms and their trackers
  • Participate in Vendor Due Diligence procedures
  • Handle Data Retention Policy requests in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Contribute to the achievement of BRIGHT Targets with the Global Compliance Team
  • Support daily operations of Legal Europe
  • Participate in projects within Legal, Compliance, and Corporate Affairs
  • Support Contract Management across Europe
  • Oversee the screening process for individuals receiving tickets from the company, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations
  • Assist in the development of compliance training (design etc.)
  • Leverage technology to streamline and enhance all processes of the Compliance team
  • Use robotization and macros to minimize manual work
  • Support Legal Compliance in digitalizing and structuring knowledge retention and shared processes
  • Assist in developing procedures for non-recurring transactions and events
  • Interface with other teams to ensure compliance with cross-team responsibilities

What you’ll bring:

  • Fluency in English (C1 Level)
  • Bachelors degree, preferably in Business Administration, IT, Engineering or Law or relevant experience
  • Experience in PowerBI is a must have
  • Advanced skills in Powerpoint and Excel experience
  • Experience working in a Shared Service Centre environment is an advantage
  • Advanced SAP skills is an advantage
  • Experience with or interest in robotization or automation is an advantage
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
