Description:

Do you have a Compliance background, preferably within the gaming industry?
Do you have excellent, proven project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment?
If yes, this is the role for you….
We’re seeking a talented and ambitious individual to play a pivotal role in ensuring our products meet all regulatory requirements within the UK’s highly regulated market.
Here you’ll act as a bridge between our Compliance and Product teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring a smooth product development lifecycle.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are committed to responsible gambling, and we are looking for people who can support our ethos. To apply to this post, you will have:

  • A compliance background, preferably within the gaming industry.
  • Excellent project management skills and can juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced global environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and concise documents.
  • A commitment to accountability and deliver top-notch results with a data-driven mindset with data experience.

Responsibilities:

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Owning the entire product lifecycle from a compliance perspective, leading and supporting all compliance-related executions.
  • Deep diving into regulations, you’ll analyse requirements, and translate them into actionable plans.
  • Developing comprehensive Compliance Requirements Documents (CRD) that consider both business and operational needs.
  • Establishing a clear sign-off process for all compliance requirements.
  • Leading and coordinate cross-functional collaboration between Compliance and Product teams throughout the product development process.
  • Managing regulatory incidents effectively, including investigation, determining implications, implementing fixes, and communicating with customers and reporting bodies. You’ll also ensure proper controls and procedures are in place to prevent future occurrences.
  • Collaborating seamlessly with various stakeholders across the company, including Compliance managers, Risk Management, Product Owners, Monitoring teams, Data teams, and Marketing teams.
  • Partnering with the legal team to seek expert advice on regulatory requirements.
