Position Title: Compliance, Quality and Progression Associate Director
Contract Type: Full-time, permanent
Location: Singapore
Reporting To: Partner Liaison and Operations Director- Asia
Travel Requirement: 25% – 30% per annum

Responsibilities:
- Lead and educate colleagues on compliance, regulatory changes, quality assurance, and student progression. Model excellence in partnership delivery.
- Cultivate strong relationships with partners. Conduct training, maintain communication, and provide programme induction.
- Assist in establishing and managing partnerships. Contribute to strategic direction implementation.
- Lead compliance and quality assurance framework. Guide on standards, provide training, and monitor compliance.
- Provide partner staff training on progression and welfare. Advise on student applications, manage articulation arrangements, and monitor welfare.
- Build effective external and internal relationships. Collaborate with stakeholders, present information effectively, and translate complex concepts.
- Identify opportunities to enhance compliance, quality assurance, and progression. Support continuous improvement across operations and processes
