• Regulatory Engagement: Stay updated on crypto regulatory developments, engage with regulators, and participate in industry forums.
• Compliance Oversight: Develop and enforce compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulations.
• KYC, KYT, AML Implementation: Design and implement robust KYC, KYT, and AML frameworks to mitigate financial risks.
• Policy Development: Create and maintain internal policies for regulatory compliance and risk management.
• Audit and Monitoring: Conduct regular audits and assessments to monitor compliance status and address deficiencies.
• Legal Collaboration: Work closely with legal counsel on license applications and regulatory filings.
• Training and Awareness: Provide training to employees on compliance requirements and promote a culture of compliance.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and assess regulatory risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
