We are looking for a Compliance Risk Officer to join our Compliance Risk Assessment & Monitoring team at our headquarters in Baar.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum qualification of a bachelor’s degree, with preference for Legal background
- Solid understanding of compliance risks as well as assessment of internal controls
- At least five (5) years of experience in Compliance roles (in particular, anti-corruption and bribery risk area)
- Willingness to travel worldwide at least 30% of the time
- Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English proficiency)
- Proficient in using IT applications and willingness to learn how to use new IT applications or to enhance the ones already in use
- Relevant Risk Management or Audit certifications are a plus

Responsibilities:
- Perform the annual Group Compliance Risk Assessment to identify and assess compliance risks that are relevant to the Glencore Group
- Facilitate Regional Compliance teams in their local risk assessment activities, providing them with support on the application of the Corporate risk assessment methodology, the assessment of changes and/or developments impacting local business activities, and the assessment of risks and controls to ensure consistency across regions
- Maintain compliance risk assessment methodology/manuals up to date
