Description:
Our client, a PSF specializing in fund distribution across Europe, is looking for a professional to join their team of fewer than 10 people based in Luxembourg City. Despite having a small local team, our client enjoys a strong presence throughout Europe. The office is easily accessible by tram or metro, with parking spaces available in front.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting AML and Compliance reports.
- Monitoring and overseeing business activities, most of which are outsourced.
- Understanding and applying regulations such as MIFID, DORA, GDPR, and risk implementation principles.
- Creating marketing presentations.
- Supervising the registration of investment funds.
- Reviewing legal documents and local legislation.
- Checking policies and controls in place.
