ABOUT THE ROLE:

This job is part of the CBRE BSO Audit & Compliance Department
As a CBRE BSO Compliance Senior Consultant, you will be a crucial member of our team responsible for ensuring the design and effectiveness of the control environment, compliance by design, risk and incident management and quality agendas within our projects. This role is integral to maintaining robust, effective, and compliant operations aligned with corporate, regulatory, and contractual requirements.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Ensure the control environment is suitably designed and operates effectively to achieve control objectives.
  • Liaise with BSO Leadership and transition stakeholders to identify and mitigate major risks within key transitioned processes.
  • Promote effective risk management procedures to ensure all major risks are identified and mitigated within transitioned processes.
  • Collaborate with information security, personal information security, legal, and business continuity experts to support compliance and contractual requirements.
  • Support BSO Leadership in achieving internal control and quality objectives.
  • Report findings, provide recommendations, and monitor management’s response and implementation of improvements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and value creation for BSO Management and Clients.
  • Facilitate audit arrangements with Clients, Vendors, and external auditors, acting as the liaison between these parties and BSO Leadership.
  • Support the design and execution of the transition plan in Risk, Audit, and Compliance areas.
  • Promote a “Compliance by Design” approach embedded within the BSO transition program.
  • Ensure continuous and central consideration of compliance in strategic decision-making processes.
  • Support BSO Leadership in achieving priorities such as service excellence, regulatory compliance, alignment with CBRE global standards, and adherence to RISE values.
