Description:

We are looking for an experienced Compliance Specialist to ensure that our programs and operations comply with legal regulatory standards, procedures, and policies. Your duties will include documenting and evaluating compliance activities, delivering employee training on compliance matters, handling complaints, and liaising with various agencies.
To be successful as our Compliance Specialist, you should be able to identify compliance issues and recommend solutions. You should also have strong analytical thinking skills and be able to maintain meticulous records of complaints and compliance activities.

COMPLIANCE SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS:

  • A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is required.
  • At least two years of compliance-related experience is required.
  • A demonstrated knowledge of various laws, legal codes, procedures, and other relevant regulatory standards is required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office is required.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills are required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Documentation and reporting skills are required.
  • Previous experience delivering training is highly desirable.
  • ACT 33/34 clearances required.
