Description:
TECHFORCE PERSONNEL ARE A NATIONAL RECRUITMENT AGENCY AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT FIRM SPECIALISING IN BLUE- AND WHITE-COLLAR RECRUITMENT ACROSS MINING AND RESOURCES, SHUTDOWNS, FACILITIES MAINTENANCE, INDUSTRIAL SERVICES, CIVIL CONSTRUCTION AND THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRIES.
We are currently seeking multiple Compliance Trainers to join our Tier 1 client’s project, on an 8/6 roster for a period of 4 month. You will have mobile plant & high-risk experience and will be able to start ASAP.
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
- Conduct Grader Operations
- Conduct Hydraulic Excavator Operations
- Conduct Track Dozer Operations
- EWP, Cranes

To be successful you’ll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Cert IV qualification in Training and Assessing - TAE40116 or TAE40122 minimum
- Demonstrated experience working in a training and assessing role, within a busy, remote mining environment is crucial
- Current manual C Class drivers’ license - essential
- Familiarisation working with Training Management Systems and the associated tools
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy with experience in the Microsoft Office Suite
- Hold any or all National Competencies in the operation of Surface Mobile Equipment:
- Conduct Rigid Haul Truck Operations
- Conduct Wheel Load Operations
- Conduct civil construction skid steer loader operation
Responsibilities:
- Train and assess personnel in the safe and efficient operation of Surface Mobile Equipment
- Identify opportunities to upskill SME Operators through ongoing analysis, and develop and promote production increase initiatives
- Review all plant and equipment programs to ensure they are up to date, and meet current standards of operation
- Mentoring peers and colleagues to enhance skills and capabilities of the broader team
- Deliver nationally recognised training package
