Haynes is actively seeking Experienced Diesel / Component Fitters for Permanent Full-time positions with our valued client Hastings Deering in Rockhampton, QLD.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Relevant Trades Qualification in Fitter/Mechanical Trades (will consider any automotive trades including light-vehicle mechanics and fitter/turners)
• A valid Driver’s Licence
• Sound Mechanical Knowledge is required.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug and alcohol screen.

• Work with new state-of-the-art machinery and learn from skilled technicians
• Repair, maintain and service key CAT machinery and components
• Equipment Assembly of Caterpillar equipment
• Use Caterpillar Diagnostic Systems (ET Vims, SIMS and SIS)
• Perform diagnostic assessments on mining, general construction, and power generation equipment
