Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
You will perform cleaning & masking of parts to be plasma-sprayed. You are required to handle different engine models and stages of parts, masking and coating type needs, operate manual and auto grit blast machines.
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ level with 3 years of relevant experience
- Preferably NITEC in Machining or equivalent
- Able to read and understand the manufacturing operation sheets and standard operation procedures in English.
Responsibilities:
- Perform grit blast, degrease and masking of components
- Check and establish appropriate programs for spraying
- Spray components in accordance with OP specifications
- Ensure proper documentations are maintained
- Maintain Log on maintenance and rectification of robot/equipment
- Maintain good housekeeping in work area/robots/equipment
- Perform scheduled maintenance & housekeeping tasks
