Description:
QUALIFICATIONS YOU MUST HAVE:
- Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) unless prohibited by local laws/regulations and 2 years prior relevant experience.
- Demonstrated professional experience communicating in English (verbal and written).
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
QUALIFICATIONS WE PREFER:
- Hands-on experience in design or manufacturing support roles
- Electrical Components experience.
- Parts Quality Analysis: Fault tree Analysis experience..

In this role you will work in a production support setting with specific applications and customer requirements. The production support is a highly energetic environment. The applications are a high mix of aerospace products, ranging from computer-controlled fuel sensing systems, electronic braking systems, actuation/controller systems and HUMS. The candidate will evaluate the design during troubleshooting and determine a design solution.
This position will sit at our Aguadilla, PR location. You must be residing in Puerto Rico at the time of starting employment. Relocation is not offered.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Lead qualification tests, analyze results and write reports.
- Identify and address process and component driven quality issues
- Ensure parts compliance with commercial and military standards
- Troubleshooting, analysis, implementation of design improvements, and crafting change orders.
- Work with internal customers to define production issue.
- Work closely with the external customer to maintain satisfaction of product.
- Work with Technical Leads to understand customer and contractual requirements.
- Review hardware against drawing specifications and determine if components meet requirements.
- Work with internal customers to satisfy procurement activities.
- Support and resolve field issues.
- Improve the robustness of our designs through our change order process.
