We have a proven capability in the whole manufacturing process from initial design to tooling and from prototype to series production. Our customers range from the manufacturers of the world’s best supercars to world class innovators in their specialist fields.
We are looking for skilled Composite Fitter and Assembly technicians to join us in our Milton Keynes site to support a range of exciting projects. If you are an experienced or part-experienced Fitter and are confident in trimming carbon fibre components within tight tolerances, consistently work with precision and care and are comfortable using bonding jigs and assembly fixtures, we would love to hear from you!
Our ideal candidate will have previous experience of creating composite assemblies to the highest quality standards, ideally within the automotive sector. This role will suit an organised, methodical worker who has a good understanding of engineering concepts and drawings, is comfortable using a range of hand tools and is confident in their application.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Fitting and trimming composite components to specifications
  • Bonding a wide range of components using various jigs and fixtures
  • Finishing components in accordance to Engineering drawings and within job times
  • Maintaining component traceability and ensuring the highest quality standards with minimal scrap
  • Maintaining a safe, clean and tidy working environment at all times
