Composite Technician I

We are continuing to grow! We are currently accepting applications for an upcoming Composite Technician need at our Renton location.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to read and understand blueprints, drawings, shop aids, and written instructions with limited supervision.
• Ability to understand and adhere to all safety and quality policies.
• Experience in composite manufacturing or related fields preferred.
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and quality control skills.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical dexterity and ability to work with complex parts.

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or GED certificate

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

1 to 3 years of work-related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Basic math and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Teams)
