We are currently in search of a Computer Clerk 1st shift (8:30 am - 4:30 pm*) supporting our processing facility in Pelion, SC.

  • Shift times subject to changes depending on the season

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Compiles and records production data such as customer orders, labels, product specifications, and individual-worker production sheets, recordkeeping procedures, using computer terminal, and writing instruments, conferring with department supervisors to determine progress of work and completion dates; and compiling reports on progress of work, inventory levels, and production problems.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • High energy level and enthusiasm
  • Strong level of professionalism and attention to detailExcellent communication skills

    • both oral and written

    • Strong organization and problem-solving skills
    • Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Sense of urgency & ability to meet deadlines (self-directed)
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Process data tracking and reporting.
    • Assist with inventory counts, tracking and reporting.
    • Create labels for pallet and case identification.
    • Regularly review information in system, and report to management.
    • This position will be located within our Production facility.
    • Comply with all company policies and procedures.
    • Perform other duties assigned by the Plant Supervisor/Manager.
