Description:
Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients. We are is seeking a full-time Computer Programmer, Lead to support contract work out of Virginia. This is an exempt remote position.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Information Systems or Computer Science or similar degree
- Minimum five (5) years experience in software systems
SKILLS:
- Excellent oral and written skills.
- Excellent critical thinking skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Provide support in all areas and phases of installation, set-up, configuration, integration, testing, and troubleshooting of hardware, software and any other specified tools.
Responsibilities:
- Identify systems engineering process improvements and enforces the execution of them across the organization.
- Perform programming functions such as developing operational systems concepts, performing system trade studies, originating design concepts or performing systems level test and integration test for highly complex systems
- Assist to define system requirements and technical specifications for AHRQ systems
- Work with end users to troubleshoot and fix issues
- Document configuration parameters and workflows
- Ensure systems are properly configured and maintained
- Plan, organize, troubleshoot, and direct the analysis and resolution of complex process and system problems
- Manage test scheduling and operations to ensure deadlines are met
- Apply a working knowledge of network architectures, computing systems, communications systems and unique hardware aspects of distributed data communications environments for testing
- Track project execution to ensure deadlines are met
- Review system performance and identify technical risks and associated risk mitigation approaches
- Provide technical recommendations to team members and managers. Outline and communicate effective technical approaches for systems programming activities.
