Cell Tech is an IT solutions provider with multiple workshops in the VA/NC/SC/FL area. We started in 2008 as a cell phone repair company and have transitioned to providing device repair services to local schools for their tablets and Chromebooks. As we are going through a summer project and need help to accomplish our goal, therefore, we are looking for the next member of our team!

JOB SUMMARY

As an Electronic Repair Technician, you have an essential role in the company. You are responsible for ensuring our clients’ devices are diagnosed, processed under warranty and non-warranty guidelines, repaired, and tested at our workshop. We are looking for someone with a hands-on approach to learning, issue-resolution thinking, and a customer-focused attitude. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have an interest or experience with technology, this position would be a great fit for you! Entry Level, no prior professional experience required!

QUALIFICATIONS

As a Computer and Tablet Repair Technician, your work embodies the company’s objective of supporting educators. We are looking for someone eager, prompt, and meticulous. Successful candidates are those who focus on efficiency and accuracy.
Other qualifications include:
Technical know-how (must be able to operate computers and perform data entry)
Ability to lift approximately 50lbs
Successfully pass a background check
Legal right to work in the US

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS

1-2 years of electronic repair experience
CompTIA A+ Certification
High School Diploma or equivalent

EDUCATION:

High school or equivalent (Preferred)

EXPERIENCE:

Electronics Installation & Repair Technicians: 1 year (Preferred)
