Pand International Design is a well-known International design firm and has been designing and delivering tailored commercial interiors space to many MNC Company. Our projects are international in scope and focus mainly in commercial office projects. We work collaboratively and strategically to deliver innovation, quality and sustainable performance in a corporate interior design industry. Each of our team have more than 5 to 10 years of experience with workspace design, strategic planning and sustainable design.
Provide Creativity and innovative concepts and ideas is a must
Present and present creative solutions to clients
Provide presentation materials for the design proposal
Support the design team member in the projects from beginning to the full completion of project
Monitor design intent progression on site
Must be able to work well along with others in a highly collaborative, team environment
Confident speaker
Willing to challenge and improve traditional way of working. Moving from traditional 2D design methods to a virtual 3D design solution
Outgoing personality with positive can-do-attitude
Able to travel
5 to 8 years of experience in a similar creative role
A keen eye for detail and aesthetics
Ability to think creatively and strategically
Flexibility to adapt design quickly based on client comment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain design concepts
Able to work under pressure as a team and individually
A portfolio showcasing a range of creative work
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
AutoCAD and SketchUp are a must
Good communication in English, both oral and writte
