Job Description
As a valuable member of the Food & Beverage team, you will be responsible for the quick delivery of extraordinary customer service to fans at Concession Stands at Scotiabank Arena, BMO Field and/or Coca-Cola Coliseum.

  • Must have a valid Smart Serve certification or be willing to acquire one before starting the role
  • Available to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Previous food service experience an asset
  • Safe food handling training an asset
  • Work well under pressure and balance multiple tasks at a time
  • Able to pay close attention to detail and calculate order totals manually
  • Legally entitled to work in Canada
  • Genuine interest in creating positive customer service experience

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food and beverage orders quickly, efficiently and according to standard
  • Work diligently to ensure safe food handling principles are practiced
  • Provide responsible alcohol service using Smart Serve principles
  • Ensure AGCO and MLSE alcohol policies & regulations are followed
  • Perform opening and closing duties as the need arises
  • Monitor inventory
  • Ensure work area and equipment is clean and organized at all times
  • Provide fast and friendly fan service
  • Act as an ambassador for MLSE and our community
  • Perform other administrative or service functions as the need arises
  • Adhere to all MLSE service standards and policies including Health & Safety
  • Work in compliance with the provisions of the Occupational Health & Safety Act
