What you’ll do:
- Greet residents, visitors, and the general public.
- Receive and redirect external calls, respond to resident inquiries, and provide assistance as required.
- Operate and maintain all office equipment.
- Handle general administrative duties such as typing documents, sorting mail, and photocopying.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.
What you bring:
- Experience working in an office environment.
- Proficiency with MS Office.
- The ability to work independently without direct supervision and in a team environment.
- The flexibility to work shifts at various times of day including weekends.
