What you’ll do:

  • Greet residents, visitors, and the general public.
  • Receive and redirect external calls, respond to resident inquiries, and provide assistance as required.
  • Operate and maintain all office equipment.
  • Handle general administrative duties such as typing documents, sorting mail, and photocopying.
  • Monitor surveillance cameras and respond to emergency situations as appropriate.

What you bring:

  • Experience working in an office environment.
  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • The ability to work independently without direct supervision and in a team environment.
  • The flexibility to work shifts at various times of day including weekends.
