Job Description
We are currently looking for an experienced individual to fill a permanent part-time position as a concierge in a high-end residential building. Saturday-Tuesday 4pm-midnight.
We are looking for friendly, reliable, and professional individuals.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 2+ years of concierge experience
• Intermedia computer literacy skills
• Proficient in English / Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to program fobs and buzzer
• Experience with CCTV monitoring
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Have exceptional work ethic
• Self motivated and able to take initiatives
• Well organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and work well under direction
• Demonstrate superior customer service skills and utmost professionalism.
• Criminal record check

• Greet and welcome residents/guests/trades
• Answer queries in a polite and friendly manner.
• Coordinate with property manager and onsite trades/contractors as required
• Control access to the building
• Receive and process packages
• Patrol the property periodically
• CCTV monitoring and reporting
• File incident reports
• Handle move-in and move-out
• Program fobs and buzzer
• Provide daily reports
• Administrative and communication tasks including writing and responding to emails
