Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
We are seeking a friendly, personable team player to join us as a Concierge/Driver at our Artarmon Service Centre.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet and assist customers at the dealership with a warm and welcoming manner
- Direct customers for vehicle servicing, repairs, and parts purchasing
- Collect and return customers’ vehicles for service in a friendly, safe, and timely manner
- Manage and direct visitor parking
- Coordinate with Service Advisors to maintain pickup schedules
- Drop off and pick up customers as required
- Maintain a safe working environment
