Concierge Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure that all guests in the driveway area receive the highest level of professional welcome and farewell from our hotel.
• Receive all guests at the driveway area by opening the taxi/car door and welcoming them.
• Aid in carrying luggage out of the taxi/car and placing them in front of the entrance of the service apartment
• Demonstrates excellent customer service and communication skills
• Respond to guest’ inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Take responsibility for any follow-ups required, ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Maintain a safe and secure environmentOther duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• No experience needed
• Pleasant personality
• Able to communicate in English
• Team player
