We are looking for a passionate and guest-focused Concierge to join our incredible Concierge team at Pan Pacific London.
You show confidence, empathy and professionalism when dealing with guests and associates alike. You are calm under pressure and you desire to deliver the best experience for our guests.

JOB SUMMARY

As a Concierge, you are dedicated to providing exceptional care while demonstrating great pride and attention to detail in your work. You love a vibrant and dynamic environment and being the key person who can elevate any guest stay by designing a bespoke itinerary. You will strive to provide an unforgettable experience and exquisite service to our guests with an elegant and refined Asian sensibility. Your tasks as a Concierge will include but not be limited to:

  • Be up to date with activities available in the City (theatres, exhibitions, concerts, shows, sports, leisure activities, sightseeing tours, etc.) and to establish a close relationship with the relevant partners in these areas to provide the most up-to-date information, ticketing, reservations, etc.
  • Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile.
  • An expert on everything that Pan Pacific London has to offer including all hotel services, hours of operation, key personnel, hotel policies, etc.
  • Assist with other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and associates.
  • Ensure the smooth operation of the Concierge Desk and manage our storage space in an organised and efficient manner.
  • Ownership of the guest experience, good and the not so good while keeping communication lines open to the senior team.
  • Manage day-to-day operations and correspondence, signing for and distributing mail/packages as appropriate, dealing with general enquiries, etc.
