ABOUT EMPLOYMENT
We are seeking a BILINGUAL LIVE-IN JANITOR with experience and references for our residential buildings complex located in the Notre-Dame-de-Grâce (NDG) neighborhood in Montreal. This is a full-time position.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance.
- Ability to manage and resolve emergency situations effectively.
- Bilingual.
- Clean judicial record relevant to the job.
- Valid references.

Responsibilities:
- Perform minor repairs (plumbing, electricity,…).
- Painting and plastering skills are an asset.
- Participate in cleaning common areas.
- Participate with the maintenance of outdoor spaces.
- Shared on-call duties every other weekends (emergencies and rental).
- Handle other related tasks.
- Note: No rent collection is required.
