The 4*Bridge House Hotel Tullamore is one of Ireland’s most popular landmark hotels and is centrally located in the thriving midlands town of Tullamore at the heart of Ireland’s Ancient East.
The Bridge House Hotel has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Conference & Banqueting Supervisor to join their existing team.

• Assist in the coordination of conferences, banquets, and events.
• Work closely with the Conference and Banqueting Manager to ensure all client requirements are met.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff involved in conferences and banquets.
• Provide guidance and support to ensure staff performs their duties effectively.
• Oversee the setup of event spaces, ensuring proper arrangement according to event type and client preferences.
• Coordinate logistical aspects, such as seating arrangements, equipment setup, and signage.
• Monitor the quality-of-service delivery and take corrective actions as needed.
• Train new staff members on conference and banqueting procedures, service standards, and customer interaction.
• Conduct ongoing training sessions to enhance the skills of existing staff.
• Ensure that events meet or exceed established quality standards.
• Conduct inspections to ensure proper setup, cleanliness, and adherence to safety regulations.
• Maintain effective communication with the Conference and Banqueting Manager, staff, and other departments.
