- Knowledge of mobile networks, data and telephone protocols, and Linux.
- Familiarity with IP networks, MySQL & SQL, and scripting is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- System configuration of monitoring and OSS products.
- Integration with third-party tools.
- Technical troubleshooting and documentation.
- Implementing software updates and reviewing system performance.
- Customer communication and reporting.
