Could you be the full-time onsite Configuration Manager in Vasteras, SE we’re looking for?
Responsibilities:
YOUR FUTURE ROLE
Take on a new challenge and apply your change and configuration management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, dedicated, and collaborative teammates. You’ll lead the charge in maintaining the integrity of project structures through effective Change & Configuration management. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Engineering, Quality Assurance), issue and monitor action plans for Change Orders, and much more.
We’ll look to you for:
- Implementing and leading the configuration and change management process in collaboration with the Project Manager and Project Engineer,
- Collecting Quality, Cost, Delivery impacts of project changes,
- Issuing the configuration and change management plan,
- Ensuring all team members understand and apply the rules defined in the Documentation Management Plans (DMP),
- Managing documentation requirements from the Customer,
- Organizing and managing project evolutions through structured change activities

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field,
- Experience or understanding of project management principles and practices,
- Familiarity with documentation management systems and best practices,
- Knowledge of change & configuration processes in a project environment,
- Proven track record of adaptability in dynamic project settings,
- Resilience and leadership skills to drive project success,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- English & Swedish ( high level of proficiency
