Summary
For the area “Configuration Management” we are looking for a “Configuration Manager (f/m/d)” at the location Taufkirchen as soon as possible.
The “Configuration Management” area is responsible for implementing the requirements of standards and projects with regard to product variant, configuration and data management.

Your Tasks

  • Definition and specification of KM interfaces (internal and external)
  • Creation of KM plans in German and English
  • Creation of product structures (identification of configuration units and mapping in the KM tools)
  • Ensuring the application of the configuration process
  • Implementation of release boards (RBs)
  • Creation of baselines and construction status specifications
  • Implementation of internal and external change management (change control boards)
  • Creation of evaluations and status presentations
  • Collaboration in internal and external international project teams
  • Subcontractor and customer coordination

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering or comparable
  • Experience in project management, configuration management and the various KM standards (e.g. ISO 10007, EIA-649)
  • Experience in software configuration management and production processes is advantageous
  • Knowledge of SAP PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) and Serena Business Manager / Dimensions advantageous
  • Ability and social competence to implement or introduce KM specifications
  • Ability to make presentations to international customers and partners
  • Ability to work in a team and compromise, but also assertiveness and initiative as well as negotiation skills with customers and contractors (internal / external)
  • Fluent German and good English skills
