Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
Connectivity & Digital Projects Leader is responsible to develop, deploy and monitor remote service operations process in the region. S/He is responsible for maintaining and improving persistent connectivity, driving remote service capabilities within the region., also will deploy digital projects for both remote and onsite to support digital growth. She/he will be working closely with region connectivity, commercial, and operation teams to ensure promoting connectivity and digital solutions. Also working with customer IT for infrastructure requirements and resolving issues.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Engineering degree or IT Background equivalent (Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, Information Technology).
- Experience, knowledge of remote operations processes and procedures.
- 5 years of networking experience; especially on enterprise solutions, VPN networking, SSL and IPSEC data encryption (Cisco VPN experience is a plus).
- Knowledge and familiarity with Healthcare products, technologies.
- Good analytical and communication skills, ability to develop relationship with a multinational, virtual and multifunctional teams.
- Creative mindset with ability to come up with ideas for continuous improvement and technology evaluation.
- Demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results.
- Excellent presentation and influencing skills.
- Fluent English: Daily oral and written communication.
- Ability and willingness to travel on work assignments (20-25%).
Responsibilities:
- Establish strong relationships with region connectivity and remote online modality support teams. Co-develop and drive regional connectivity strategy for static and persistent broadband connectivity, drive actions and execution for improving key connectivity performance metrics
- Analyze service data to identify additional remote tool and process needs, to facilitate an increase in remote service capability (ex. First Call Resolution / Fix Right First Time).
- Create operational mechanisms with region modality, Service Delivery, Operations, and contract teams for successful delivery and performance monitoring of remote and digital Services connectivity.
- Lead global program plans and deployment of new remote /platform rollouts for the region Create deployment plans and drive delivery of the services.
- Accountable for delivering the projects identified in the region digital roadmap.
- Provide modality remote technology trainings to other regions, and provide in region, multi-modality trainings to Customer, remote operations and field teams.
- Attend customer visits to promote and show the benefits of GEHC Digital and Remote services portfolio.
- Drive actionable dashboards showing KPIs progress also cost efficiency for sites connection
