• Coordinate and activate telematics and service subscriptions while ensuring customer satisfaction and financial alignment.
• Work closely with Customer Solutions, sales, and support teams to maintain relevant subscription offerings.
• Uphold Caterpillar Data Governance policies and secure digital authorizations for connectivity.
• Respond to inquiries, resolve technical issues, and provide accurate quotations and invoicing.
• Stay updated on new offerings and identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
