Notre compagnie soeur Cinesite recherche un.e Conseiller.ère RH pour rejoindre le département Ressources Humaines.
Le rôle du.de la Conseiller.ère RH est d’offrir du support et des conseils sur un large éventail de questions relatives aux ressources humaines : relations avec les employé.e.s, attraction et rétention, apprentissage et développement, rémunération et avantages, gestion de la performance, interprétation des politiques et respect du droit du travail. Faisant partie d’une équipe RH proactive et innovatrice, le.la Conseiller.ère RH contribue à faire vivre les valeurs de l’entreprise et à encourager un environnement sain, positif et inclusif.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Baccalauréat ou Maîtrise en ressources humaines, ou équivalent.
  • 5-7 années d’expériences en RH.
  • Solides connaissances en loi du travail et meilleures pratiques.
  • Sens de l’organisation et de la planification, capable de prioriser les tâches.
  • Excellent sens de jugement et compétences analytiques.
  • Grand niveau de professionnalisme et axé vers le service clients.
  • Créatif et orienté solutions.
  • Excellente maîtrise de la suite Google.
  • Excellentes habiletés de rédaction et de communication.
  • Grand esprit d’équipe et attitude positive.
  • Connaissances de l’industrie des effets visuels ou des films d’animation (un atout).
  • Bilinguisme français- anglais à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years’ experience in HR
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and best practices
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent judgment and analytical skills
  • High level of professionalism, and a demonstrated customer service approach
  • Creative problem-solver
  • Proficiency with Google suite
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude and great team spirit
  • Bilingualism in written and spoken French-English.
  • Knowledge of the visual effects or animation film industry (an asset).

Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and support to employees and managers on onboarding , employee relations, performance management, leadership, leaves and absences, policies and processes, etc., and escalate complex situations as required.
  • Contribute to the elaboration , application and updating of company policies in line with legislation, best practices and company-specific developments.
  • Participate in, and sometimes lead, HR projects related to various disciplines such as attraction, onboarding and integration, compensation and benefits, job evaluation, performance, recognition, employer branding, process optimization, training and skills development, retention, etc.
  • Be involved in the full employee life cycle and ensure that HR issues are dealt with impartially, fairly and in line with legislation and the company’s values and objectives.
  • Stay updated on changes in legislation, trends and best practices, and propose changes and initiatives in line with these.
  • Create and update HR tools, processes, internal documentation and templates to ensure departmental efficiency and accessibility of information to the team.
  • Ensure the department provides a service of high quality by mentoring more junior members of the team and reviewing their work (contracts, administration, response to queries)
  • Support the Head of HR and Recruitment by providing HR data, diagnostics and reports as needed
