The Rio Tinto Communications team is looking for a Senior Advisor Employee Communications based at our Montreal Hub and supporting communications in Canada and across the global Aluminium product group.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Employee Communications, you will have the opportunity to:

  • contribute to the development and execution of an integrated employee communications strategy across geography and business units
  • support regional teams in carrying out key projects and highlighting their initiatives
  • manage local deployment of programs developed by the global communications team
  • support the Montreal Hub’s communications activities
  • develop content for our various communications channels
  • manage communications in a complex matrix environment
  • work in close collaboration with other teams to create and amplify brilliant content
