VSP Consignment seeks a results-driven Consignment Manager to lead our Consignment team and continue to elevate the client services with innovation and integrity. In this role, you’ll ensure an exceptional client experience, streamline product management, and foster a culture of growth and collaboration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• People Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performance team. Drive engagement, retention, and growth. * Client Experience: Exceed client expectations, manage client relationships, and support new consignment growth initiatives. * Product Management: Oversee pricing, authentication, product flow, and maintenance standards. * Operational Excellence: Manage schedules, inventory, and a well-maintained environment. * Security & Compliance: Ensure adherence to security protocols and health regulations.
