Description:

JASARA PMC is in search of a dedicated Construction Project Manager to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. As a joint venture between the Public Investment Fund, Jacobs, and Saudi Aramco, we are committed to excellence in program management and aim to transform construction delivery in the region.
As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. You will oversee all aspects of the construction process, from initial scope assessment through to final delivery, ensuring that project goals are met and quality standards are maintained.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in construction project management.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality assurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, and cost estimates.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with engineers, architects, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying risks and implementing mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present regular updates to stakeholders on project status and performance.
  • Oversee contract negotiations and manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
