We are currently on the search for a Construction Administrator to join us on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract.

Responsibilities:

As the Construction Administrator you’ll provide full administrative services to the Construction Manager and Construction Project Managers ensuring that all Company procedures are adhered to, implemented accurately and in a timely manner, thus enabling the smooth & efficient operation of the team.

You’ll also be responsible for;

  • Supporting with the provision of reporting & analysis on activity / contract performance as required
  • Preparation & submission of planning applications, maps, utilities clearances, power applications and all relevant permits in an efficient and timely manner, coordinating with other departments where needed
  • Liaise with external contractors obtaining quotes, dealing with queries and coordinating activities & responses with other internal and external customers
  • Ad hoc local, regional or national projects as and when required by the Construction Manager
  • Provide a full administrative function to the Construction department including general administrative duties such as meeting organisation, filing, typing and photocopying as well as travel and hotel booking.
