Description:
Since opening our first location in Edmonton, Alberta in 2001, The Canadian Brewhouse has grown exponentially. With 45 Canadian Brewhouses, 1 Canadian Icehouse, 5 Banquet Bars, 6 Ribeye Butcher Shops, and 42 Plantlife Cannabis dispensaries, our dedication to excellence and innovation is driving us forward. Though we’ve achieved a lot, we’re just getting started, and we need a dedicated Construction Administrator to help us build the future!
We’re looking for a Construction Administrator who not only fits seamlessly into our vibrant company culture but is also driven by a passion for construction management and organization. Your role will be crucial in overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. While experience and education are important, your alignment with our people and values is paramount.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- Prioritization Skills: You excel at managing a to-do list, tackling major projects first while understanding that smaller tasks can be managed in due course.
- Knowledgeable and Proficient: You’re well-versed in construction processes and have a strong command of tools such as Google Workspace, Mac, and Microsoft Office.
- Community-Oriented: You genuinely care about the community you work in and can demonstrate this through past experiences.
- Adaptable: You thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same, though you can appreciate and manage routine tasks as needed.
- Problem-Solver: Complex problems are like puzzles to you, and you have a knack for solving them efficiently.
- Continuous Learner: You’re committed to personal and professional growth, always seeking new knowledge to enhance your role.
- Passionate: You’re enthusiastic about the role of Construction Administrator and committed to supporting our growth and development.
