Description:

Salary £90,000
Vehicle or allowance, pension, healthcare, 26 days leave and remote working.

Are you ready to lead on one of Irelands flagship infrastructure projects where you will be working with Irelands leading construction company, who also operate across the UK, and mainland Europe.
This company specialises in delivering major infrastructure projects, with a strong focus on high-quality construction and engineering solutions.
By joining the team in Tyrone, you will take the lead in managing the commercial aspects of a large-scale infrastructure project, ensuring it remains on track in terms of budget, schedule, and compliance with company procedures.
You will oversee a team of Quantity Surveyors and junior staff, supporting their development, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong client relationships.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER SKILLS:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience managing multiple commercial projects worth £10m and above.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage complex information efficiently.
  • Solid understanding of construction methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in managing and developing a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
  • Strong commercial awareness and in-depth understanding of project financials.
  • Ability to manage and mitigate risks effectively.
  • Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality and safety.
