EDUCATION:

  • Post-secondary education or equivalent business experience.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 1-3 years’ experience in Construction, Project management, Or Real Estate.
  • Experience with AutoCAD Preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and lead consultant work.
  • Ability to manage and perform multiple tasks and responsibilities at the same time in a high-pressure environment.
  • Well organized, detail and goal oriented.
  • Bilingual (French and English) preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing project management support and coordination for a variety of Retail Petroleum and QSR projects (Franchisee and corporate sites, as well as Programs).
  • Advocating on behalf of the owner with internal and external stakeholders to ensure collaboration and understanding of the projects’ vision.
  • Responsible for the organization and tracking of all team project tasks, including financials, bulk orders, and reporting.
  • Delivering on committed deadlines of the planning process.
  • Create, manage and execute project schedules; ensure they are continually updated and communicated as required.
  • Provide team support with Purchase orders, invoices tracking and payment.
  • Provide support to the Project Team on various tasks as required. Lead some minor Capital Programs and other Project work as needed.
