Construction Engineer

JASARA PMC is seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Construction Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction activities on various projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards of quality and safety. REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction engineering or management
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, methodologies, and materials
• Proficient in construction management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality standards in construction

• Assist in planning and coordinating construction operations from start to finish
• Ensure adherence to engineering plans, specifications, and relevant codes
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and enforce safety protocols
• Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
• Review and approve work schedules, materials, and budget estimates
• Identify and resolve construction-related issues and challenges promptly
• Prepare reports on project status, daily activities, and any necessary adjustments
• Support quality assurance processes and conduct tests on materials and work performed
