SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• 7+ years PAE;
• Ability to analyse and solve complex legal issues;
• Excellent technical skills and a keen eye for detail;
• Ability to plan and prioritise work to meet deadlines within a fluid work environment;
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to adjust your communication style based on your audience and positively influence desired outcomes;

Joining this large specialist team, you will act for clients on large-scale projects across a variety of industry sectors in the management of disputes that arise during and after project delivery, including in the context of adjudications and expert determinations. You will also act on high-value and complex litigation and arbitration that will see you prepare advices, draft legal submissions for adjudications and expert determinations and have day-to-day conduct of litigious matters.
As a senior member of the team, you will also be responsible for supervising the work of less experienced lawyers.
