ABOUT US

Creemore Electrical Company Inc is a growing electrical service provider. We are looking for a skilled Master Electrician to oversee electrical installations, maintenance and repairs for residential/commercial construction projects. As a leader you will be responsible for managing electrical work on job sites, ensuing compliance with local codes and safety standards and mentoring junior electricians. At Creemore Electrical Company we focus on residential custom home construction and service to our client’s homes. There is a company vehicle or vehicle allowance. Our work area is a 45 min range from the Creemore area. Expectations of the position:

Requirements:

  • Master Electrician’s license and 309A License.
  • Driver’s License with clean driver’s abstract.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proven computer literacy skills.
  • Strong Communications skills

Key Responsibilities

  • Working with site supervisors to organize and coordinate residential /commercial installations
  • installation of distribution equipment, generators, pools and spa’s, saunas
  • Experience in overhead powerline installation would be an asset
  • Read and interpret drawings, electrical code specifications and determine wiring layouts
  • developing project estimates
  • Provide drawings for wiring layouts
  • detailed written daily reporting
  • Support with scheduling and manpower planning
  • Supervision, mentoring and guidance of other electricians and apprentice on staff
  • Follows all government safety guidelines
  • Ensure that all work is in compliance with local and national electrical codes, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Manage materials, tools, and equipment required for electrical work
  • Perform system testing, diagnose faults, and make necessary repairs
  • Collaborate with project managers and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Ensure proper documentation of electrical work, including inspections and maintenance logs.
  • 40 hour work week is expected

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00-$90,000.00 per year

  • Journeyman Electrician: 5 years (preferred)
