Construction Litigation Associate

AmTrust International are currently looking for a Construction Litigation Associate to join our team based out of our London office on a hybrid model.
The role will be responsible for handling and assessing recoverability of claims arising on policies underwritten by AEL in accordance with the recoveries team policies and procedures
In the role you will be expected to be running your own caseload of between 60-100 cases on a rolling basis.

Responsibilities to include the following:

• Prepare Recoveries Advice
• Send Letters of Claim
• Manage Cases on those Letters of Claim
• Negotiate Settlements
• Litigate those cases with the assistance of external Counsel as necessary

To be successful in this role, you will have 3+ years PQE, Litigation experience, a background of running cases from start to finish and have an analytical mindset to help achieve best results possible.
